How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Lumiea (iOS) or Google Play Store > Subscriptions (Android).

How does the AI skin analysis work?

Lumiea uses GPT-4o Vision to analyze your skin photos. Your photo is securely uploaded, analyzed, and then automatically deleted. The AI identifies key skin factors and generates a personalized skincare routine.

Is my data private?

Yes! Skin photos are temporarily uploaded for analysis and automatically deleted afterward. We never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data including analysis results, routines, and progress.

Can Lumiea diagnose skin conditions?

No. Lumiea provides general skincare guidance and routine suggestions only. It is not a medical tool. Always consult a dermatologist for persistent skin concerns or conditions.
